It’s been a long time I wanna explore this theme with a percussionist as Yi-Ping Yang.. 

⚡️⚡️⚡️

To make it simple: Phase reset is the moment when your brain resets its internal rhythms in response to a sudden event — a sound, a light, a surprise — in order to process it more effectively.

Like musicians realigning together on a conductor’s beat, different brain regions instantly synchronize to communicate with each other more efficiently.
